Review guidelines

Reviews are published once they meet the standards below. Submissions that break them are not shown publicly, and repeated violations suspend the account.

Write from first-hand experience

Reviews must describe something you personally did on the website — a trade, a withdrawal, a support ticket, an integration. Second-hand rumours are rejected.

No referral links or promotion

Any review containing referral codes, affiliate links, airdrop bait or price predictions is rejected and the account is flagged.

Specifics beat adjectives

Name the pair, the fee, the wait time, the ticket number. Concrete detail is what makes a review useful to the next reader.

No personal data

Never include wallet addresses, transaction hashes tied to your identity, employee names or private correspondence.

Companies can respond, not delete

A listed website can publish one response per review. It cannot remove a review that meets these guidelines.
